FIRST LOOK AT SHERLOCK HOLMES 2

The first image from Guy Ritchie's Sherlock Holmes 2 has arrived online, courtesy of Hitfix. While it's a pretty vague and doesn't give too much away, it does give us our first glimpse at Noomi Rapace as Sim, a gypsy whom gets entangled in Holmes' latest adventure. You can also see the three characters are running from a big explosion, so could the action be louder, bigger and more frequent? Here's what we know about the plot so far (for definite); Holmes and Watson are up against the dastardly evil Moriarty, played by Mad Men's Jared Harris.

So, details regarding the film are pretty slim, so stayed tuned for more on Sherlock Holmes 2! The flick is also set for a December 16th, 2011 release in cinemas.
