Andrew Garfield is Spidey, Rhys Ifan’s is the bad guy, Martin Sheen and Sally Field and Peter Parkers Uncle and Aunt and Emma Stone takes on the love interest, Gwen Stacey. So, where does that leave poor old Mary Jane. Who’s going to take on the pivotal, would be missus Spidey. No body, that’s who. No body hasn’t been seen before and she will make her long awaited debut in the Spiderman reboot….well she would if No Body was SOMEBODY. According to The Wrap one love interest was enough for the ould web slinger this time round. It’s a bold move, but if Sony are going for the younger audience anyway, it probably doesn’t make a spiders web of difference to them anyway. Come to think of it, is anyone else bothered by the lack of a Mary Jane?
