During an interview with IGN, Mark Ruffalo made a pretty interesting comment about how he's preparing for the role of Bruce Banner in The Avengers. He revealed that not only is he doing the typical research into the character, etc, but he's also going to be 'physically playing' the Hulk himself. He goes on to explain that he's in various modes of training including Tai Chi and Pilates. So does this mean we're getting a motion capture-styled Hulk in the likeness of Ruffalo? Sounds strange. It's cool that they're moving away from the CGI'd beast approach, as neither Ang Lee nor Louis Leterrier's Hulk looked right, to me at least. They definitely started off on the right foot with casting Mark Ruffalo, so I can't wait to see what he brings to the character.
