Whose up for some hardcore adventures with Hansel & Gretel? No, I'm not talking about fairytale pornography, I'm talking about Paramount's upcoming twisted fairytale feature, Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters. The flick, which is to be directed by Tommy Wirkola (Dead Snow) and will star Jeremy Renner as Hansel, has just found it's other lead in Gemma Arterton. According to Heat Vision Blog, the actress beat out Noomi Rapace, Diane Kruger and Eva Green for the role. The film will take place years after the pair's traumatic experience with an evil witch, the encounter turning them into monster hunters. Wirkola (whose previous flick, Dead Snow, was a blast) hopes to start shooting March 7th.
