Happy Feet was a great movie - it was one of the select few animated films that appeal to a broad range rather than just kids. Or at least, that's what I got from it. Even though it was a little grim and heavy handed at the end, it was still great fun and the voice casting was fantastic.Predictably, there's a sequel on the way but it's surprising that it has taken so long - five years - for it to appear. Nevertheless, George Miller is still on board (his next film will be Mad Max) and the cast is even more impressive in this one. Elijah Wood and Robin Williams both return, but new additions include Sofia Vergara (Modern Family), Pink, and little known duo Brad Pitt and Matt Damon. Not too shabby! Take a look at the teaser below - it's hard not to smile, especially at the little Don LaFontaine joke. The movie is out November 18th.
