It's been a while since we've seen such a difference in the marketing of a movie. X-Men First Class trailers: Universally Amazing. X-Men First Class Posters: Universally Woeful. Obviously it's not a big concern, as Matthew Vaughn himself reinforced how he has no part in the trailers, just the good stuff we've drooled over so far (the latest tv ad is properly brilliant).
Now FIVE new posters have debuted courtesy of that haven for comic book movie fans, Superherohype. They're character posters, so not much going on, apart from some different coloured backgrounds. They aren't great, to be honest, rehashing old images that weren't exactly popular. Still, the costumes look good as usual and the movie itself is pretty much bound to be spectacular.
