I remember sitting in the cinema as the credits rolled on G.I. Joe: Rise Of The Cobra and thinking, "Well at least there won't be a sequel". But unfortunately we live in a world where there's 6 Saw films and a Carlito's Way 2. So why not make a sequel to G.I. Joe, too?
The first picture for the sequel, dubbed Retaliation, has hit the net and it features Dwayne Johnson as Roadblock. No details on the plot yet, but joining Johnson is Bruce Willis, Ray Stevenson, Channing Tatum, Ray Park and Adrianne Palicki. Replacing Stephen Sommers as director is Jon M. Chu (whose previous credits Step Up 2, Step Up 3D and Justin Bieber: Never Say Never). So, with all that information...are you excited for G.I. Joe 2?
