The first clip for Matthijs Van Heijningen Jr.'s prequel to The Thing has hit the net over at Yahoo!. It pains me to say that this is the first disappointing piece of promo I've seen come out for the film. The poster, seen below, the trailer and the script have all ranged from good to great, so it's discouraging to see that the first actual clip, well, kind blows (no pun intended).
