After confirmation of a director in John Moore, it was inevitable that we’d start to get more information on the fifth instalment of the Die Hard franchise.
Tom Rothman, CEO of Fox, announced today that the movie will be called A Good Day To Die Hard, and it will be released February 14th, 2013. As for the story, it is indeed set in Russia but apparently ‘nothing is what it seems’, and it will feature John McClane’s son too, who hasn’t been cast yet. The writer, Skip Woods, previously wrote Swordfish, Wolverine, and the A-Team.
What do you think? Like the title? Or do you feel at this stage it should have been called Die Hard With A Pension? I thought Die Hard 4 was great, so am interested to see how this one turns out……
