As do we all, Mr. Fassbender.
MTV recently sat down with the masterful Michael Fassbender to speak about his upcoming projects. Among the chatter, the actor revealed he'd be very happy to return to the X-Universe for another outing as Eric Lensherr a.k.a. Magneto. "It was a very rewarding experience. So hopefully we'll get the same team back together again", he explains. "We worked very hard. It was a trying time. Thank God, James is a very good guy, a very smart guy and he's a very practical guy". He then continues to praise more crew, this time director Mathew Vaughan, "He's great because he makes films as a fan. There's something like a 9 year old boy in him when he's making a film. He's very much into characters and allowing the characters to drive the plot and the plot to drive the action of the film, as opposed to action driving the film and threading some sort of plot".
Well, with such praise for all involved, here's hoping 20th Century Fox decide to take the plunge and get a sequel to the superb comic-book adventure going as soon as possible.
