After the trailer announcement today, it’s clear that Marvel are in full-on promo mode for The Avengers – which is great! They released some official photos a few days ago, and now three more have appeared, with one of them giving our first look at Maria Hill (Colbie Smulders) who is Nick Fury’s assistant – Black Widow appeared as his right-hand woman in Iron Man 2 but it’s pretty clear she has a much bigger role in this movie.
We see Hawkeye piloting something (Quinjet?) and there’s another Black Widow photo too, where she’s presumably sitting at a table in the Helicarrier – at this rate they could probably call the movie “Scarlett Johansson looks at things” and it would be a smash.
The Avengers is out May 2012, and remember – TRAILER TUESDAY!
