Fresh from their blockbustery stints in In Time and Green Lantern respectively, it looks like Amanda Seyfried and Peter Sarsgaard are signing up for ‘Lovelace’ – a biopic of famous porn star Linda Lovelace. Seyfried is in talks to play the title role, with Sarsgaard in line for her husband, Chuck Traynor.
Lovelace’s story is a fascinating one – she went from being in one of the most successful independent movies of all time (Deep Throat) to being an anti-porn activist before her death. The movie has been in development for a while, with Kate Hudson rumoured for the role at one point. Don’t get this confused with the other biopic, Inferno, starring Malin Akerman which was delayed after initial star Lindsay Lohan kept ending up in court. Both movies go into production soon.
