There’s a trailer for this coming tomorrow, but for now we have to make do with a big shiny banner poster for the June 2012 Universal Snow White movie, starring Kirsten Stewart, Charlize Theron and Chris Hemsworth.
It’s been described as Lord of the Rings in scale, and the visuals certainly look impressive from the poster – and properly grown up too. It’s become pretty clear now that the other Snow White movie, Mirror Mirror, will be firmly aimed at kids whilst this one is much more of a big, crossover blockbuster (or at least they hope so).
Stewart plays Snow White who is, as is tradition, the fairest in the land and so the Queen (Theron) decides to try and destroy her. However Snow White has the benefit of being trained by the Huntsman of the title, Hemsworth. Check back for the trailer tomorrow!
