After doing a bit of digging around and much googling, the dude in the picture is a dead ringer for Alon Aboutboul, whos IMDB credits include an untitled role in The Dark Knight Rises. In the past Warner Bros have also got Wired involved for their Inception viral campaign, so its pretty much a given that this is 100% the beginning of the viral campaign.
