Jason segel teams up again with Nick Stoller for The Five Year Engagement, the pair co wrote the screenplay and they are making quite a name for themselves on the Hollywood circuit.The story follows Tom Solomon (Segel) and Victoria Barnes here played by (Emily Blunt) who decide to make the ultimate commitment and get married. All seems well but of course in movieland things are never that straightforward. Victoria gets a job offer which takes her to Michigan which results in the wedding being put off for a couple of years, events take a turn and the big day gets delayed again. You can see where this is going, the clue is in the title after all. From the look of the trailer there are some funny moments to be had here, the partnership of Segel and Stoller has been successful in the past particularly with Forgetting Sarah Marshall. The Five Year Engagement is due out in April next year.
