The first official trailer for the new The Three Stooges movie has arrived online. Directed by the Farrelly Brothers, the film sees the famous Larry, Moe and Curly characters played by Sean Hayes, Chris Diamantopoulos and Will Sasso. In homage to the original sketches, the film is set to be divided into three half hour segments, beginning with the boys’ upbringing in an orphanage. There has been a fair amount of criticism in the States over this new take on the characters, and from the looks of the trailer it’s only going to get worse. The latest in a long line of projects that Hollywood should just leave alone, lets hope that the Farrelly’s saved the best stuff for the main event.
The Three Stooges is due for release on the 13th of April 2012.
