Seemingly no longer content with making T.V. shows for Fox to cancel, Joss Whedon (Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Firefly) is returning to the big screen in a big way in 2012. First up is horror The Cabin In The Woods, a movie he co-wrote, produced and actually finished production in 2009. After that is his low budget adaption of William Shakespeare's Much Ado About Nothing. Oh yeah, and something called The Avengers. Now he has another movie on the horizon with 'metaphysical love story' In Your Eyes.
Based on a script by Whedon, the film will be directed by Brin Hill (Ball Don't Lie). The story follows two people, a man in New Mexico and a woman in Connecticut, who share a deep connection, and are able to hear and see each other, even though they have never met.
The film stars Michael Stahl-David and Zoe Kazan.
