Production has yet to begin on Jose Padhila's Robocop remake, but already a viral site for the movie's fictional company, and creator of Robocop, Omnicorp, has appeared online. The main draw of the site, so far, is the below informational video, giving us our first look at the re-design for the originals fan favorite ED-209, and a few fleeting glimpses of the new Robocop.
A better look at the ED-209 can be seen here. It's certainly more streamlined than the original, but I say it will still have a problem with stairs.
Starring Joel Kinnaman, Samuel Jackson, Gary Oldman, Abbie Cornish, and Hugh Laurie, production is due to start in September, with August 9th 2013 given as the release date
