Announced at Comic-Con, Universal has officially green lit The Worlds End, the final installment of Edgar Wright's Cornetto trilogy, reuniting him with Shaun Of The Dead and Hot Fuzz's Simon Pegg and Nick Frost. A new teaser has also been released to coincide with the announcement.
For anybody wondering why the poster is just a list of pub names, the plot movie revolves around a group of friends who reunite after twenty years, to reenact an epic crawl from their youth, ending at the fabled The Worlds End. But as they try to finish their journey they find themselves in a battle for the future of the human race. Production is slated to begin in October.
