Up until now, the found footage genre seemed to be the realm of new directors looking to establish themselves with a relatively low budget debut. But now Barry Levinson (Sleepers, Good Morning, Vietnam, and Rain Man) is getting in on the action with The Bay. Judging by this extremely creepy trailer, the director is trying his hand at horror, mixing in ecological paranoia, flesh eating bugs, and the odd zombie to create what promises to be one extremely scary package.
Synopsis: Chaos breaks out in a small Maryland town after an ecological disaster occurs.
