here. But since it pocketed nearly $50 million worldwide on its opening weekend, a second sequel is now on the cards. Speaking to
hollywood.com, the series' screenwriter Robert Mark Kamen has said Fox want to continue the story of Bryan Mills and his kidnap prone family, but as he says "we've taken everyone we can take - it's going in another direction. Should be interesting."
If Taken 2 wasn't the mess it was, I would actually be interested in this. But right now this just feels like a gigantic cash grab (just like Taken 2). Liam Neeson has already
poured doubt on the movie before it even became a possibility. I see this project been an uphill struggle to get made, and get people excited enough to go see it.
