Ahead of the full trailer tomorrow, some snippets from The Wolverine have gone online. First up is a six second 'tweaser' director James Mangold tweeted using the Vine app.

Action packed (well, it would be. It is six seconds), and it confirms Famke Janssen, Jean Grey from the original X-Men movies, has a cameo, cementing that the movie is et after X-Men: The Last Stand. Also, I couldn't help but notice a shot of Wolverine flying through the air, which makes the comic book nerd in me leap with joy that we might see the Fastball Special, a move which sees him thrown through the air like a hairy missle.
Slightly longer is this snippet from MTV. The original video is geo locked to America, making it unwatchable here (Ireland), but I did find this international version. Don't be surprised if it is taken down soon. Anyway, it features quite a bit of martial arts action, and one or two plot points. Enjoy!
Synopsis: Based on the celebrated comic book arc, “The Wolverine” finds Logan (Hugh Jackman), the eternal warrior and outsider, in Japan. There, samurai steel will clash with adamantium claw as Logan confronts a mysterious figure from his past in an epic battle that will leave him forever changed.
Released: 26th July 2013 (U.S./U.K/IRL)
