This has been rumoured for quite some time, but now Mission: Impossible 5 is officially moving forward, with the series' star Tom Crusie once again returning to star and produce. No word on if any of the other cast members, including Simon Pegg and Jeremy Renner, will return. No director has been announced, with the fourth installment's director Brad Bird unlikely to return. Jack Reacher director Christopher McQuarrie's name has been attached to the project, but this only a rumour at this stage and has yet to be confirmed.
