Before director James Wan turns his attention to over the top, high speed action with Fast and Furious 7, he is looking to scare audiences senseless with The Conjuring (which opens Friday on this side of the pond), and Insidious: Chapter 2, which, judging by this new trailer, will continue what the first movie started, eschewing the gore that has become the main part of many recent horror movies, and delivering something genuinely scary, and reminiscent of the classics of the genre. If the last shot doesn't creep you out, I don't think anything will.
Synopsis: The haunted Lambert family seeks to uncover the mysterious childhood secret that has left them dangerously connected to the spirit world.
