Based on the book by Robert M. Edsel, a real life account of the Allied's effects to keep pieces of art and other culturally important pieces of items from being destroyed by the Nazi's, The Monuments Men see's George Clooney step behind the camera for the fifth time as director, as well as heading up a truly impressive cast, including Matt Damon, John Goodman, Bill Murray, Cate Blanchett, Jean DuJardin, and Bob Balaban. While the film is being billed as a drama, considering the stakes of the story it should have its fair share of adventure too, and the prospect of Goodman and Murray sharing the screen has me really excited.
