It’s a rumour that’s been floating around the planet for quite some time, but now Elizabeth Olsen (Red Lights) has confirmed that she will indeed play The Scarlet Witch in Avengers: Age of Ultron. Speaking to MTV she said "We get to play husband and wife, and we get to play twin brother and sister," she said. "It's also fun because even though in 'Godzilla' we play husband and wife, we don't have a lot of scenes together. I just love him. I love his family. I love his kids. I'm so excited we get to work with each other more and to actually work with each other. I think it's going to be fun." She is of course referencing Aaron Taylor-Johnson who plays Quicksilver.
I don’t know about you, but with so many characters here, I would be having very little faith in the Avengers sequel if it not were for the epic attachment of writing and directing wizard, Joss Whedon.
Age of Ultron assembles (sorry) on May 1st 2015.
