With cameras set to roll on Alan Taylor's Terminator: Genesis in January, the project is finally coming together with the news that Emilia Clarke has been officially cast in the role of Sarah Connor. The Game of Thrones (where she has worked with Taylor before) star was long rumoured to be the front runner for the role, along with Brie Larson, in the reboot. She will be joining the already cast Arnold Schwarzenegger, with Jason Clarke still in talks to play John Connor, her son from the future.
Terminator: Genesis hits the big screen July 2nd 2015.
