Hugh Jackman has been Wolverine now for quite some time and he recently spoke to Variety about the next Wolverine movie
“I don’t know whether or not I will do this next movie. I am really proud of this movie and I am excited to develop something with Jim Mangold from the beginning because that is a great ride. That’s exciting, to see what we come up with but I have a very high expectation of what it would need to be [for me to star in it] and if it doesn’t reach those, I won’t be doing it.”
So there you go. I wonder is Mr. Jackman doing what alot of actors do. The usual “I might not do it” spiel so he can get even a bigger payday from the studio. If Jackman was really concerned with expectations of the Wolverine character, he would have pulled out his claws along time ago.
