The directorial debut from Jason Bateman, Bad Words would be perfect in a triple bill with Bad Santa and Bad Teacher. Bateman plays Guy Trilby, a foul mouthed and mean spirited 40 year old who, due to a loophole in the competition's rules, enters The Golden Quill national spelling bee for a mysterious reason, and immediately starts causing havoc. The first, very NSFW trailer is below, and there is quite a lot to like about this, especially Bateman's performance, as he seems to be having a blast as an absolute jerk.
