The first trailer for Terry Gilliam’s Zero Theorem has just hit the web and it certainly is an experience. Gilliam can be an acquired taste for some, but the first thing that struck me with this, is the visuals. Absolutely beautiful. Even a shaven headed Christoph Waltz looks great. Tragically, the trailer is only in standard definition which is a shame considering the stunning visuals. Voltage pictures really need to get a HD version online soon. The second thing that I found with this, and maybe its just me, is that it feels like the trailer goes on for an eternity. Its 2.26 long but feels at least twice that. Its a surreal experience, almost slowing down time. Or maybe I’m losing my mind! Let us know what you think of the trailer and don’t forget to like and share.
