Set for release next year, Alan Taylor's reboot Terminator: Genesis is putting the final touches to its cast before shooting begins in April. Arnold Schwarzenegger was attached to the project since its inception, with Emilia Clarke and Jason Clarke, as Sarah and John Connor respectively, been announced several months ago. Now, the fourth major role, that of time traveller and father of humanity's best hope against the machines, Kyle Reese, has been cast with Jai Courtney taking the role. This will the second major movie franchise he has joined, after playing Jack McClane in A Good Day to Die Hard. The plot for Terminator: Genesis is been kept under lock and key, but it is intended to be the first part of a new trilogy, with the actors signed on for multiple films.
