Based on the 80's t.v. show of the same name, The Equalizer sees Denzel Washington teaming up again with Training Day director Antoine Fuqua for the story of Robert McCall (Washington), a former black ops commando, who, after faking his own death, finds his peaceful life shattered when he rescues a girl (Chloe Grace Moretz) from a group of Russian gangsters. Early word on the R rated action movie is good, so good in fact that early test screenings have put a sequel on the fast track.
Columbia Picture have dropped the first poster for the movie, which doesn't give much away, but does make quite the impression.
