Batman v Superman is still a long way off from flying into cinema screens, and one of the questions is what kind of Batman will we get. We know what type of Superman we’ll have, but as Bruce Wayne / Batman is another story altogether, until now. Batman v Superman Dawn Of Justice producer Michael Uslan has confirmed to JoBlo that we’ll have a Batman in his mid 40s.
“So, this [controversial superhero casting] has happened time and again, and it happened with Affleck. To go back to the original thought of Bruce Wayne in his mid-40s, I think he’s going to be extraordinary.”
So there, and it’s not much of a stretch for Ben Affleck to pull this off as the actor is 41. The movie will be taking plenty of influence from Frank Miller’s Batman, let’s just hope the bat-heart is up to scratch!
