Remember when Harrison Ford broke his leg on the set of Star Wars The Force Awakens, after a door on the Millennium Falcon fell on his leg? Well, it now turns out that Ford wasn't the only casualty. Director and co-writer JJ Abrams managed to break his back in the process too.
Speaking on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, Abrams recounted the tale of what went down with Ford and when he saw what happened, he ran to assist that scruffy looking nerf herder, and managed to break his back in the process. Subsequently the director had to wear a back brace on set and told nobody as to not raise concern.
Crazy stuff altogether! But thanks JJ, we always knew you'd break your back for us :)
