It’s Star Wars time at bat at D23 today, and one big reveal from Disney’s mega event comes in the form of the movie’s official poster, and Star Wars fans rejoice for the series’ long time poster artist, and legend in his field, Drew Struzan is onboard for our return to a galaxy far, far away.
We’ll have a hi-res version as soon as its released, but for now gaze upon Struzan’s gorgeous visual representation of Rey (Daisy Ridley), Finn (John Boyega), Kylo Ren (Adam Driver, and, of course, Harrison Ford in full on Han Solo mode. Also, a nice little detail: the first trailer had us exclaim, “John Boyega is a stormtrooper?’, and I bet you the first words out of your when you first saw the poster was, “John Boyega is a Jedi?’. With a blue lightsaber, no less. Let the speculation begin!!!
