A decidedly epic trailer for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice came our way a few days ago, and we have just about picked my jaw up off the floor to deliver some choice new images from the pretty revealing look at the superhero smackdown. So we have Supes, Bats, and Wonder Woman looking badass, Jesse Eisenberg on his way to delivering the most entertaining Lex Luthor yet, and of course, proving all the internet speculation right, Zod in his new role as the rampaging monster Doomsday (though he looks a bit too much like the cave troll of Fellowship of the Ring. More bone protrusions please). But the most interesting image comes about ten pictures in. Are those parademons (which could confirm what we’re all thinking, that the evil Superman moments are a flash forward or dream sequence)? DC Comics fans will know them as the private army of intergalatic despot Darkseid, and with that villain set to make his big screen debut in 2017’s Justice League, could we be seeing set up for that already?
