Way back in 2014, word reached us that a new Predator movie was coming our way, with Lethal Weapon and Iron Man 3’s Shane Black providing a treatment, before handing off script writing duties to Fred Dekker (Monster Squad, Robocop 3). On top of that, Black was tipped to helm what was pitched as sequel, a much better alternative than the expected reboot. After that news broke, everything was pretty quiet. Now, the official Predator Facebook page has dropped this intriguing new image, apparently confirming the project is finally moving forward, as well as suggesting its official title will be The Predator. Of course, it’s just an image, but colour me excited. Hopefully, the most bad ass alien hunter there has ever been will return to our screens sooner rather than later.
