We're just over a month away from the release of the eagerly awaited addition to the Harry Potter universe, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. In anticipation, Warners Bros. have released character art posters to introduce the vast new cast of characters, including our own Colin Farrell as Percival Graves.
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them is inspired by the Hogwart's textbook written by J.K. Rowling's characters Newt Scamander - the book was originally released to benefit Comic Relief in 2001. The film marks Rowling's screenwriting debut. Set in 1926, it tells the story of Scamander (Eddie Redmayne), who has just completed an expedition to find and document an array of magical creatures.
Farrell plays Percival Graves, Director of Magical Security at MACUSA. When he discovers that Newt Scamander has made an unauthorised trip to New York with a case filled with forbidden magical creatures, he is very suspicious of his intentions and concerned about the potential to break the American wizarding world’s most important law: the Statute of Secrecy.
Fantastic Beasts and Where to find them will be released worldwide on November 18
