Teaming up Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron, the big screen Baywatch reboot looks to follow in the meta footsteps of similar vintage tv show to movie adaption, 21 Jump Street, putting a comedic spin on the antics Mitch Bucannon (Johnson) and his crew of tanned life guards. The first trailer has dropped, and personally, I’m not exactly filled with confidence with many of the jokes falling flat, especially those aimed at poking fun at the original show. But Johnson and Efron have separately proven to have considerable comedy chops, and their double act could prove to be the best part here. Check it out for yourself below.
