Ahh..another excuse to say our very own…Colin Farrell (our very own….yawn) is on the list to take on the lead role in a remake of Total Recall. The original movie starring Arnold Schwarzenegger and a woman with three tits was directed by Paul Verhoven based on the short story by Philip K. Dick. For those not rich in Arnie folklore, the movie was about a guy called Doug Quaid who bought implanted memories of a holiday to Mars and things don’t exactly go as planned. No drinks at the beach, no golf…but a bit of an intricate conspiracy. According to THR Farrell isn’t the only name been flung around. The likes of Michael Fassbender and Tom Hardy are also in the running! Again, I don’t have anything to really add here, when it comes to remakes. Except…WHY?
