Robert Rodriguez has the same problem his friend Tarantino has in that he’ll talk up a movie for years without ever going near it. Finally though, it looks like Sin City 2 could be heading to our screens.
THR have reported that William Monahan, who won an Oscar when he wrote The Departed, has been brought on to work on the script – thus putting the final piece of the puzzle in place pre-production (Rodriguez said that everything else is sorted). No word on who will return to the three-story sequel, although Mickey Rourke and (unfortunately) Jessica Alba are rumoured.
