I have no idea why The Goon hasn't been made yet. I really don't. With David Fincher producing, a great script and a wonderful animation studio behind it, it's baffling as to why no one has thrown up some funding for the production. Anyway, the creator and writer of The Goon comic book series, Eric Powell, tweeted this week about a new reel of test footage available online, featuring Goon's how-to-kill-a-slackjaw tutorial. It's great stuff and now you can watch it below!
By the way, if you haven't read the series on which this is based, I really recommend it. It's the strangest comic book I've ever read. Which makes me want this adaptation even more.
