Even though we are still three days out from the release of the highly anticipated Superman reboot, Man of Steel, it'll probably come as no surprise that plan for a sequel have already been greenlight, with Warner Bros. putting the movie on the fast track to the big screen. Director Zack Snyder and screen writer David S. Goyer will both return (also, no doubt, the Man of Steel himself, Henry Cavill), with no word as of yet if Christopher Nolan will stay on as producer. It is also reported that Goyer's involvemnet is part of deal that sees him penning Man of Steel, it's sequel, and Justice League, DC's coming together of their top teir heroes, including Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman.
A Justice League film has been on the cards for a while now, with a tentative release date for 2015 (the same year as The Avenegrs 2), but this is the first real confirmation of the creative team behind it. While there is no word yet, I would expect Snyder's name to be at the top of the list when it comes to director.
