Mary Poppins is probably amongst one of a group of children's movie that is wheeled out several times in every body's life, but Saving Mr. Banks tells the story behind the movie, and how it almost never came to be. Emma Thompson stars as author P.L. Travers who had no intention of letting her beloved novel of a magical nanny get diluted through the Hollywood machine, while Walt Disney (Tom Hanks) watches helplessly as Traver's becomes more and more against the idea, no matter what tricks he employs to change her mind. TIME have the first official image from the movie, showing the two leads, with Hanks looking the image of the global icon.
