While they shared the screen in Tallegada Nights, it was Step Brothers that really hammered home what Will Ferrell and John C. Rielly can achieve as a double act. Now the pair are teaming up again for Devil's Night, a new Halloween set comedy which sees the two play estranged friends who must team up after 15 years apart to save their neighbourhood from destruction during Devil's Night, an unofficial holidy where mischief and vandalism is let run riot. No doubt much hilarity, and hopefully a rap song, ensues.
Ferrell and Adam McKay's Gary Sanchez Productions will produce the film, working from a script by Yes Man scribes Jarrad Paul and Andrew Mogul. No director or release date has been announced yet.
