With Kill List, Sightseers, and A Field in England under his belt, Ben Wheatley has already cemented himself as one of the most unique directors working out of the U.K. at the moment. Which is why his upcoming collaboration with Tom Hiddleston, High-Rise, is something we should all forward to. Based on JG Ballard’s novel of the same name, the always reliable Hiddleston plays a young doctor who watches on as the isolated tower block he lives in descends into increasingly violent class warfare. Our first look at the film comes in the form of a rather ingenious viral ad, giving us a look at the cast, which includes Jeremy Irons and Sienna Miller, and the gorgeously stylised 1975 setting, as well as hinting at the dark turn the movie will take.
